Among Us is a multiplayer game designed for 4 to 15 players, with 5 or more recommended for the best experience. Each round, up to three players are secretly assigned as Impostors. Matches unfold across four maps: The Skeld (a spaceship), MIRA HQ (a headquarters), Polus (a planet base), or The Airship (based on the Henry Stickmin series).

Impostors win by either eliminating enough Crewmates to equal their numbers or sabotaging key systems without repairs. Crewmates secure victory by finishing all tasks or ejecting all Impostors. A game may also end if players leave, triggering win conditions—departing Crewmates count as having completed their tasks.
